I was first introduced to chiropractic because of headaches and allergies problems.

A friend of my parents was a chiropractic and said he could help. Honestly, I only went because I had tried everything else. “Doctor after doctor told me I would grow out of it.” The chiropractic was willing to help me now not wait. Well, long story short, the chiropractic did help. I finally had relief.

I have known most of my life that health care would be my career. I just was not sure what field. I had a great experience with chiropractic and was inspired and encourage by my chiropractic, Dr. James May. I liked the idea of a more natural approach to health care.

I was in my second year of college at the University of Alabama Birmingham when I knew chiropractic would not only be my field of study and career, but most importantly, chiropractic was my call.

I graduated from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia. chiropractic school was a little harder than I expected. chiropractic have to learn all the standard treatments as well as chiropractic. School required my constant attention. It was fun though. I love to learn something knew. That is still true today.

I am now certified in sports, rehabilitation and acupuncture. I am currently enrolled in the Functional Medicine University to become a function medicine doctor. As a CERTIFIED SPORT CHIROPRACTOR I have completed a minimum of 100 hours of post doctoral education in specialized sports medicine topics and passed a Board examination. To maintain credentials I have to remain abreast of the latest research and treatment innovations through continuing education and field experience.

My goal in practice is to improve lives. I want people to be part of the game of life not just watch. Health care to me is not about numbers it is about success. I want learn as much as I can so I can bring it back to my patients.

Serving the people of this area is an honor. I grew up in Walker county. I was raised serving the people of this area. My parents were in the hardware business in Walker county for 42 years. It only seemed natural for me to return here to practice. I feel it is important to treat people like family. Everyone is important.

This last year we have added a weight loss plan that is healthy and natural. This plan helps create the lifestyle change that I have been searching for to help people better themselves because in Psalms 139:14 it says that “We are created in his image.” If we are created in His image then we know our God will take care of us because Jeremiah 29:11says, ‘“I know the plans I have for you”, declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”’ These are our guides to helping others.

“Enough about me! How can we help you with today’s safe and natural chiropractic care? Give us a call so we can help you take your first step towards better health.”
